As the Team Manager/Transaction Coordinator, Giavanna is involved in every deal, from beginning to end, functioning as a liaison between the brokers and their clients. Her knowledge of the Metro and Greater Boston marketplace and her understanding of the negotiation and transaction processes helps to ensure that every detail is handled promptly and seamlessly. Giavanna earned her MA Real Estate License in 2018. Before joining Douglas Elliman, she worked on the sales team for the exclusive private residences at the Four Seasons One Dalton. In her position with George and Manny Sarkis and their team, Giavanna is a wearer of many hats; in addition to coordinating every aspect of the transaction, she puts her strong people skills and masterful organizational abilities to good use by helping to implement promotional strategies designed to showcase listings, creating social media content, and assisting with the organization of special events to broaden exposure. “I love the energy of Boston and the excitement of real estate in such an active market.
